SCORE - Counselors to America's Small Business 
SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and has been mentoring small business owners for more than forty years. SCORE volunteers have the knowledge and experience to help any small business owner get the help they need. SCORE also provides local workshops and events to connect small business owners with the people and information they need to start, grow, and maintain their businesses, as well as online workshops available 24/7. SCORE provides resources, templates and tools to assist entrepreneurs in developing tools and plans they need to navigate their way to small business success.

Existing businesses can benefit from advice on cash flow, marketing and new businesses can be advised on concept feasibility.
June Fischer a resident of St. Marys serves as a volunteer on the St.Marys Economic Development Board and Coordinator for the Score Branch. Prior to living in St. Marys, June held the positions as Director of Community and Professional Education and Director of Marketing for The Art Institutes International. Her earlier career included retail positions as buyer for Marshall Fields and store director for Ann Taylor Stores and Charles Stevens. She earned a BA in Economics from Aurora University.
Joanne Reich has worked for many years in the field of human relations/employment discrimination and has inaugurated and managed a Leadership Program for a large county in Maryland. She has developed employee handbooks and counseled both employees and employers. In addition, Joanne is a mediator/negotiator specializing in employment issues.
Robert (Bob) Nutter recently retired from Express Scripts in St. Marys, GA where he served as their Senior Manager, Human Resources. His 20+ career in Human Resources leadership has included financial services, publishing, trade show management, Internet banking & services, insurance and kindred healthcare services. In addition, he has completed a 21 year career in the U.S. Navy. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources Management by the Society for Human Resource Management. He is married to Linda C. Callaway and is very active in the community.
Jim Conner's corporate background comes from 21 years experience in the operating department of several large transportation companies, including Norfolk Southern Corporation. In his most recent job in this capacity, he was responsible for the safe and efficient yard and train operation over a large portion of Ohio, New York and Pennsylvania. This involved supervising directly and indirectly forty managers and approximately one-thousand non agreement employees. The previous 15 years before his retirement, he started and managed an Allstate Insurance agency in Duluth, GA growing it from its inception to almost three and one-half million dollars in earned premium. During this time Conner was recognized for the production of high quality business and the retention of that business by winning a number of regional and national awards with the company.
Steve Brockman brings to SCORE 40 years of technical and business experience. He is a results oriented executive who is able to help both large and small businesses meet their stated goals. His expertise includes strategic and business planning, operational management, cash flow planning, and marketing. Steve has worked for major corporations including Lucent Technologies, AT&T and NCR. He is currently Managing Director and Owner of Vital Concepts Associates a small telecommunications, IT and business consulting practice that helps bring profitable products to market. Steve has an MBA from the University of Dayton, and a BS in Systems Analysis from Miami University. He is on several university and non-profit boards. He has been happily married for 37 years, a father of 3, and a grandfather of 5.
Bob Divine’s early career was as a corporate manager, running independent entrepreneurial companies, as well as divisions or groups in corporations such as ITT, Beatrice Foods and Fuqua Industries. Switched to executive search in 1983 with a regional firm, then founded O'Shea, Divine & Company, a retained executive search firm, in 1990. Bob was successful in executive search because he understands business from the hiring executive viewpoint, not just as a recruiter. Bob holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
Kenneth F. Black was educated in Quincy, MA schools; BSBA, Northeastern University; Stonier Graduate School of Banking-Rutgers, the State University; MBA Anna Maria College, Paxton, MA; Institute for Educational Management, Harvard University. Kenneth spent 12 years as a banker, 9 years as CEO of 3 banks, 3 years as CFO of aerospace company; 14 years as Financial Advisor to Catholic Order of Religious Women, 3 years as Vice President of Administration and CFO of Anna Marie College; 3 years as Vice President and Treasurer of Falmouth Institute of Quality Systems Management; Acting CFO of the Boston Public Library; and COO of Catholic Charities for the Archdiocese of Boston. Kenneth is married to Barbara H. Black and is very active in the community.
Neal Moore brings to SCORE more than forty years of progressive experience in business management, and Organization Development (OD). Neal is a retired Army Special Forces officer, with subsequent employment as a member of two international manufacturing management teams; and as an OD consultant. He has a special interest in improving skills training, management development, interpersonal relations, and team building in both for profit and non-profit organizations. Neal has earned a Masters in Business Administration degree with a concentration in OD from Pepperdine University. He is a native Georgian who has lived in St. Marys for four years.
James H. Dunn has a BS Degree from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX and was awarded Distinguished Alumnus Ag Sciences Texas Tech in 1983. Jim’s experience includes: President and Founder of Comprehensive Marketing, Inc. from 1985 to 2002. Database marketing company devoted to building market share for major agricultural/animal health companies. Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for American Hoechst Corporation Agricultural Division. Lastly Sales positions to Senior Management Positions to Elanco Products Co., Agricultural Division of Eli Lilly from 1964 to 1975.
